I went to Sark’s because another place had messed up my oil change and all my oil had leaked out of my car. They were very helpful. They gave me the name of a place to call to get it towed to them. Luckily they were able to look at it the same day. They talked to me every step of the process and let me know what to expect. The prices were reasonable (especially for the towing). The staff was very nice and calming. I would recommend them to anyone and will most likely be going there from now on.

They are amazing!! I’ve done my last few oil changes with them and it’s definitely a lot better than these other places. They are very patient kind and understanding. They are very very professional as well. They will try to fix your needs in a timely manner but they will also take the time necessary to make sure they get it right so you don’t have any further issues down the line. Went through my warranty with them, just want to give Regina a great 5 star her customer service was great. That I will be a returning customer. To my vehicle for a timing chain replacement, Regina kept me updated on the whole process, only took two days to fix. The tec did a great job on my car sound better than ever.
